Subject was arrested in 1997 by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) and charged by DPS and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATFE) was Possession of Cocaine and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.   Williams received a sentence of 6.5 years in prison followed by 3 years of supervised release.  

Williams has an extensive criminal history to include arrests for assault, trafficking in stolen property, narcotics possession and vehicle theft.    Williams is an alleged member of a street gang known as the Broadway Gangsters. Williams has violated the conditions of his supervised release and an arrest warrant was issued in August 2003.
