On March 14, 2006 a no-bond arrest warrant was issued for Evan William Logue by the United States District Court, Phoenix Division for a pretrial releases violation. He violated his conditions of release by committing a new crime of possession of marijuana and for failing to appear before the Peoria Justice Court on moving violations. He also failed to submit to drug and alcohol testing. Logue was out on bond for a 2005 arrest charging him with possession of counterfeiting devices. Logue's criminal history includes arrests for; reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, making a false report, failure to appear, possession of marijuana, and trafficking stolen property. Logue has family and friends in Peoria and Glendale . He is known to drive a 1994 Chevy Camaro , AZ Lic#452LMR. He has lived in Scottsdale and has worked as a bartender in the past.
