On November 07, 2003, a warrant was issued by the United States
District Court, Phoenix, AZ, for the arrest of Charlotte Therese
THOI.
THOI is wanted for violating conditions of Supervised Release.
THOI'S
original charge was Possession with Intent to Distribute 100 Kilograms
of
Marijuana.
On January 27, 2001, THOI was released from custody after having
served 1 year and 13 days in prison.
On October 27, 2003, THOI was directed to participate in a residential
treatment program at the Center for Healing in Phoenix, AZ.
On November 04, 2003, THOI left the Center for Healing and has
failed to
contact her Probation Officer.
Investigation has revealed that THOI may have altered her appearance.
THOI may have dyed her hair black, and may be wearing a shoulder
length hair style.
