              PURSER was arrested on August 7, 2002 by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.   PURSER was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.   On January 12, 2004, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona sentenced PURSER to fifteen months imprisonment. PURSER, who was released on bond, was ordered to self-surrender for the service of his sentence to the U.S. Marshals Service or the Bureau of Prisons by 12:00 p.m. on March 9, 2004.

 

              PURSER failed to self-surrender to the U.S. Marshals Service of the Bureau of Prisons and a Warrant for Arrest was issued by the U.S. District Court.   PURSER's current whereabouts are unknown.

 

              PURSER's last known address was on North Sweetwater Street in Casa Grande, Arizona.   He has also lived on East Broadway in Mesa, Arizona.   PURSER also has extensive ties to Utah.   PURSER is no stranger to law enforcement, as he has been arrested over nine times for crimes related to burglary, weapons offenses and narcotics.  

 

              PURSER is an insulin-dependent diabetic, however he is also a past user of methamphetamine and marijuana.

 

              PURSER should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS due to his past involvement with carrying concealed weapons.   The U.S. Marshals Service seeks information regarding his whereabouts.   Anyone who provides information can remain anonymous.
