Wanted for:                    Parole Violation

Original Charge:          Aggravated Robbery with a .45 caliber pistol

Eyes:     Hazel

Hair:      Brown

DOB:      12/03/1948

POB:      Arizona

HGT:       5'11”

WGT:      190 lbs.

Tattoos/Scars:            8 tattoos/unknown

 

On February 14, 2003, a Parole Violation warrant was issued for the arrest of UPTAIN out of Northern Texas.   In 1983, UPTAIN was convicted in Midland Texas for 2 counts of Aggravated Robbery with a .45 caliber pistol, for which he received a sentence of ten years.   UPTAIN was paroled from prison and is now on fugitive status, and believed to be in the Phoenix area.

 

UPTAIN has family members in the Phoenix area, and is a co-owner of a house in North Phoenix.   UPTAIN was born and raised in Phoenix, and has substantial family ties to the community.   UPTAIN is suspected to be in the area of Bell Road and 25 th Street, North Phoenix.

 

OFFICER SAFETY WARNING: UPTAIN has a history of weapons possession.   Subject is considered subject armed and dangerous.
