Charge: Conspiracy
to Distribute Cocaine Base
On
May 13, 2004, a warrant was issued by the U.S. District Court
in Phoenix, AZ for the arrest of RAMIREZ for a probation violation.
In 2003, RAMIREZ was convicted in a large scale drug conspiracy
for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base.
RAMIREZ was released on probation for a term of 60 months. Within
a week of her release, RAMIREZ violated her probation conditions
by not reporting to her probation officer.
RAMIREZ
has family members in the Phoenix area, and is connected to the
Barrio Chico Trece criminal street gang by way of her boyfriend
Enrique Soto. RAMIREZ' whereabouts are unknown, but she is suspected
to be in the area of Thomas Road between 39th Ave to 59th Ave
in Phoenix, AZ.
