Tattoos/Scars:   Needle marks (tacks) on both arms, tattoo on right forearm: picture of

  clowns, and on his left arm he has a picture of a dragon         

 

 

On October 22, 2003, an arrest warrant was issued in U.S. District Court for MONTANO charging him with a probation violation.   In 1997 MONTANO was convicted of Bank Robbery and sentenced to 57 months in prison.   Since that time he has violated his probation several times.   On this occasion, MONTANO violated his probation by failing to reside at a Community Corrections Center.

 

MONTANO's extensive criminal history includes two bank robbery convictions, two burglary charges, four narcotic charges, one assault charge, one fraud charge, a conviction for failure to appear, and two DWI arrests.

 

MONTANO has family in Flagstaff, AZ and is known to frequent that area.   He may be a member of the Mexican Mafia.   When working, he is known to work construction or landscaping.   Recently, MONTANO has been seen in Mesa, Glendale, and Phoenix; and is known to reside at hotels.
