 The U.S. Marshals Service arrested the following wanted fugitive on June 15, 2004.

 

Wanted for:                    Supervised Release Violation                        

Original Charge:          Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana

Tattoos/Scars:   Back “Barrio”, left hand three dots,

and left shoulder a picture of an Aztec Indian     

 

 

On May 28, 2004 an arrest warrant was issued by Tucson District Court for HERNANDEZ for a Supervised Release Violation.   In October 2001, Hernandez was convicted of Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, and sentenced to 20 months in prison.    Upon his release from prison he was placed on probation.   In 2003, HERNANDEZ violated his probation and was sentenced to an additional 10 months in prison.   Since his last release from prison he violated his probation by failing to submit to drug testing.   Subsequently a warrant was issued for his arrest.  

 

HERNANDEZ is a known methamphetamine user, and is known to frequent South Phoenix .   He has been seen near 15 th Avenue and Baseline in Phoenix, AZ.

 

HERNANDEZ is a member of a South Phoenix criminal street gang.   He has a criminal history which includes arrests for weapons misconduct, armed robbery, assault and battery, and possession with intent to distribute.
