On
November 23, 2004, a warrant was issued for Cynthia Gutierrez
Mendoza by the United States District Court of Arizona for probation
violation. In March 1998, she was convicted in Ohio for
Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering Enterprises, Aiding and
Abetting. She violated her probation by failing to report
to her probation officer, using methamphetamine, and failing to
complete counseling.
Cynthia
is a known drug user and is staying in hotels in the Metro Phoenix
area. She is also known to frequent apartments near 28
th Street and Van Buren. She is traveling with her small
child and the circumstances in which she is living could be harmful
to the child.
Cynthia's
criminal history includes two arrests for probation violation,
two arrests for grand theft of property, and several arrests for
possession of narcotics.
