June 22, 2004, a no-bond arrest warrant was issued by the United
States District Court of Arizona for the arrest of TONGATE for
probation violation. He was charged and convicted of possession
of stolen mail in 2002. TONGATE's criminal history includes
2 arrests for fraud, and an arrest for narcotics.
TONGATE
was living in an apartment at 1066 N. July Circle, Mesa, AZ until
last week when a fire at a neighboring apartment caused him to
vacate. He has friends and family in Mesa and Phoenix.
He is traveling with his wife Donna Benak , who also has
a county arrest warrant for probation violation.
TONGATE
is in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, he is a known methamphetamine
user, and a mail thief. Anyone with information regarding
