Tattoos/Scars:   The word “Jessica” tattooed on his chest, the word “Michelle” tattooed on the left side of his neck, an angel on his back, and a scar on his right hand            

 

 

On August 21, 2004, a no-bond arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court of Arizona for the arrest of SILL for escape.   In 2002 SILL was charged and convicted of possession of stolen mail.   As part of his sentence, he was to reside at a halfway house, in Phoenix, AZ.   After one week at the halfway house Sill absconded and his whereabouts are unknown.

 

Since his original arrest in 2002, SILL was arrested three times for pre-trial release and probation violations.   His criminal history also includes arrests for burglary and assault.

 

SILL is a known gang member and has substantial ties to Arizona.   He is reported to be hanging out near 16 th Street and Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, AZ.

 

Anyone with information regarding SILL should contact the U.S. Marshals Service at (602) 382-8767.   There is a reward available in this case, and individuals who provide information may remain anonymous.
