GARCIA is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Chandler Police Department for Kidnapping. GARCIA also has a Marciopa County Probation Violation warrant stemming from a prior Kidnapping conviction. Subject is a documented "South Side Chandler" gang member and has tattoos on his body stating so. Other tattoos include: three dots by his right eye, "SS" on his left hand, a demon on his back, and a rose on his neck. GARCIA has a tattoo that was removed on his left wrist that said "Arline".
