  On October 11, 2005 , a warrant was issued for Keith Edwin Lowery by the United States District Court of Arizona for Escape. In 1998, he was convicted of Bank Robbery and sentenced to 104 months incarceration. On May 27, 2005 , Lowery was transferred to a community confinement center as part of his sentence. The center is located in Phoenix and aids individuals in a successful release into society. On October 5, 2005 , Lowery left the center for work and never returned. Lowery is a suspect in a recent Bank Robbery that occurred in North Phoenix on October 18, 2005. Lowery could be staying in the Sunny Slope area. Lowery's criminal history dates back to the late 90's and includes 18 different alias. Lowery has multiple arrests for burglary, larceny, robbery, resisting arrest, fraud and failure to appear.
