On
September
20, 2005 ,
a warrant was issued for Richard Handlin in Arizona
for a parole
violation for unlawful use of a vehicle.
Handlin was released by the Department of Corrections on September
18, 2005. A few days after his release, Handlin attempted to run
down a DPS Officer during a traffic stop. Handlin evaded capture
that day and remains on the run.
Handlin's criminal history includes several arrests for theft,
larceny, DUI, and Failure to appear. Handlin is also a member
of a white
supremacist prison gang. He has several tattoos: a skull on his
chest, a woman on his right forearm, a spider web on his right
shoulder,
unknown tattoo on left side of neck, and several other unknown
tattoos.
