Fugitive
Couple of the Week
This
week the United States Marshals Service is looking for two fugitives
that are known to be a couple. Truman Stevens and Felicia
Urquidez both have warrants issued by the United States District
Court of Arizona for supervised release violations.
They violated their supervised release by using drugs and absconding
from a halfway house in downtown Phoenix .
In
1998, Truman was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child
and was sentenced to 83 months incarceration. Truman's criminal
history includes arrests for burglary and probation violation.
In
September 2004, Felicia was arrested for possession of a stolen
machine gun. She was recently released to a halfway house
pending sentencing in her case. Her criminal history is
limited with an arrest for failure to appear.
They
are suspected to be staying in hotels in the Metro Phoenix area.
They also have ties to Parker, AZ.

with information regarding the whereabouts of Truman or Felicia

and there is a reward available in this case.
