On December 15, 2005 , an arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court of Arizona, Phoenix Division for Elton Leon Williams for a supervised release violation.   In 1997, he was convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine was sentenced to 78 months in prison.   He violated his supervised release by failing to report to his probation officer and by using marijuana.

 

His aliases include the names Tom Budd, and Budweiser.   He was last seen near 69 th Avenue and Indian School Road .   He is believed to be in the Metro Phoenix area.

 

Williams should be considered armed and dangerous.   His criminal history includes arrests for aggravated assault, burglary, narcotics violations, and felon in possession of a firearm.   He is also a known member of the Broadway Gangsters.
