The 12th Annual Snow Ball Slide is in Flagstaff is this weekend. Joyce Taylor has more about a unique way to raise money for Flagstaff charities. We list the Top Ten weekend events. Doug Nintzel is in for Arizona Highways Talk from ADOT.

It is a called "Desert Rub" and it makes your food delicious! Marshall Trimble has the first part of "How Arizona Got it's Shape".
Marshall concludes "How Arizona Got It's Shape". Kevin Rogers the president of the Arizona Farm Bureau shares their recent position on immigration. Arizona's own Queen of Clean has a great suggestion for us today to keep our floors clean. We also look at this weekend in U. S. history.

Our top ten things to do this weekend include events all around the state. Gayle Mort from the VNSA book sale has the story on the biggest book sale in the Southwest coming up next weekend. They will have over 500,000 books to sell this year.

Ken Clemmer from the Back Porch Bandits is this week's guest for Arizona's Artists. He tells us about his time in the mines and how he wrote his song Open Pit Mine Railroad.  We will also check this weekend in Arizona history. And, a railroad was built in Southern AZ and now has disappeared. Jack Walsh, a railroad historian is in to tell us what happened. Marshall Trimble's Tale is about Bob Goldwater and the early days of the Phoenix Open.

Part two of Marshall and the early days of the Phoenix Open. This is the National Consumer Protection month and United States Postal Inspector Patricia Armstrong has some great tips for us on how to keep from being ripped off. Bob Charnes of Arizona Gunfighters tells us about the guns that won the west.
More on the top ten things to do this weekend and one of them is the FBR Phoenix open. This year golf has gone even more high tech. Ivan Johnson of Cox Communications says that over 20 miles of cable has been layed at the Open and you'll like what it means for you as a spectator.

We heard about those nasty killer bees in our state on our show two weeks ago from Reed Booth, The Killer Bee Guy. This week he has a couple of great recipes made with his products from killer bee honey. Susan Bitter Smith interviews Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard.
