Paul Wolterbeek from the Boyce Thompson Arboretum has details for us on the Easter Weekend activities at this beutiful spot in the desert. Susan and Ed have the Top Ten Things to Do in Arizona this weekend. Doug Nintzel from ADOT says watch out for the rubberized asphalt crews over the weekend. Sue Harris is this week's Arizona Artist. She talks about her song "Tall Men Riding" then sings it for us. This segment also includes this weekend in Arizona history. By the way her line of Arizona Soaps will be available on our web site soon. Jackson Sturlin from "Hucci" is our "Made in Arizona" company this weekend. It's a startup company making trendy clothing right here in AZ. Marshall Trimble tells us the first part of the story of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. She was the first woman appointed to the supreme court and has deep roots in our state.

We welcome to the Queen of Clean this week! If you don't know her, we get to meet her in this segment. We are talking "dirty" and she'll have a cleaning tip each week for us. Kris Long sits in for Susan Bitter Smith this week and he tells us about his Golf Show on TV you won't want to miss. Doug Nintzel has Arizona Highways talk this week about those dangerous construction zones.
Kris and I also have the Top Ten Things to do this weekend. Josh Tharp returns with this week's "Made in Arizona". Josh is a luthier and hand makes stringed instruments. It was sure new to me and listen to how great it sounds, too. It is Wyatt Earp's birthday this weekend and Marshall Trimble has part one of his early years.
Marshall is back with part two of the early years of Wyatt Earp. Rory Aikens from Arizona Game and Fish tells why Roosevelt Lake is like a brand new lake an is setting records. Dave Owens, the Garden Guy, is talking spring vegetables this week.
The cable industry has a long history here in AZ and you may be surprised to find out where it started. Ivan Johnson from Cox Communications tells us about the 1 billion dollar impact on Arizona's economy.
